Use of header and footer files make it easier to add your own design to the application..
Use Style Sheets to control fonts, titles, subtiles, error messages, etc.
A left menu is provided on all pages to make it easier for users to navigate through your real estate listings..

· Cold Fusion^TM Server 4.5 or greater.
· Windows NT/2000/XP, other systems have not been officially tested.
· Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0+, Netscape Navigator 4.0+
· Microsoft Access 2000/SQL Server 7/MySQL. Ms Access 2000 Database and SQL Database Wizard are included.
